Assessing Hair Condition for TRIST FUSION Reform System: Quick Guide

Before using the TRIST FUSION Reform System, it’s essential to assess your hair’s condition to ensure safety and effectiveness:

1. Visual and Texture Check: Look for signs of damage like split ends or dryness. Healthy hair should be smooth, not brittle.
2. Chemical Treatment History: If recently colored or chemically treated, wait a recommended period to avoid over-processing.
3. Elasticity Test: Stretch a wet hair strand; good elasticity indicates health while breaking suggests damage.
4. Porosity Test: Slide fingers up a hair shaft. Bumpy texture means high porosity, often a sign of damage.
5. Scalp Condition: Check for irritation or sensitivity. If your scalp is compromised, delay the treatment.
6. Strand Test: Apply the treatment to a small section of hair first to predict the overall response.

Precautions:

• Avoid using on severely damaged or overly bleached hair.
• Follow product instructions and recommended sitting times.
• Discontinue if discomfort or adverse reactions occur during the strand test.

STEP 2

Initial Hair Cleansing:

• Shampoo hair thoroughly, repeating the process if your hair is filthy.
• Towel dry gently post-shampoo.

STEP 3

Applying Permanent Solution #1 (Not Supplied by Us):

• Apply the permanent solution carefully, starting 1cm (0.4 inches) from the root and avoiding the last 2-3 cm (0.8 to 1.2 inches) of the hair tips.
• Leave the solution in for approximately 10-20 minutes, following the specific instructions provided with the solution.
• Rinse off the solution thoroughly and towel dry your hair.

STEP 4

Applying TRIST FUSION Treatment:

• Apply the TRIST FUSION Treatment evenly from root to tip.
• Let the treatment sit for 5 minutes. Do not rinse it off.

STEP 5

Applying Permanent Solution #2 (Typically a Neutralizer Spray):

• Apply the second permanent solution (usually a neutralizer spray) over the TRIST FUSION Treatment, ensuring even coverage of the entire head.
• Leave the solution on for 5-7 minutes.

STEP 6

Rinsing and Drying:

• Rinse off the product completely and towel dry your hair well.
• Ensure your hair is 100% dry before proceeding to the next step.

STEP 7

Ironing:

• Use a flat iron for 3-4 passes: set at 190°C (374°F) for healthy hair and 180°C (356°F) for damaged hair.
• For damaged tips, perform a separate pass at a lower temperature.
• Tip: Apply TRIST FUSION Oil Serum to damaged areas before using the flat iron for extra protection.

STEP 8

Completion and Maintaining Results:

• Your TRIST FUSION Reform treatment is complete, leaving your hair healthy, shiny, and firm.
• Avoid shampooing for 24 hours after treatment.
• For daily care, apply TRIST FUSION ATS Gel after shampooing, comb through, and blow dry, especially for healthy hair types.
• Use TRIST FUSION Oil Serum to nourish and smoothen your hair in case of static electricity.
